These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6. AP Couriers Text Messages
AP Couriers Notifications is an automated text message program for AP Couriers' independent contractor drivers and for contacts at its business customers who opt in. Drivers receive texts about delivery assignments offered to them, open routes they can claim, requests to confirm they are ready for a route, changes to their assignments, and one-time verification codes. Customer contacts receive delivery updates about their own orders. Messages are sent from (833) 968-2184.
Message frequency varies with your deliveries.
